Portfolio
Below are some of the projects and learning experiences that I have been working on in the fields of cyber security and software development. This is an ongoing list and I plan to continue adding to it as I progress in my learning journey.
Cyber Security Portfolio
Flipper Zero Experiments
OngoingHardware / RF Security
Worked with RFID/NFC cloning, sub-GHz signal analysis and access control experimentation. Also worked on HID emulation using custom firmware and simulating man in the middle attacks.
OWASP Juice Shop Lab
OngoingOffensive Security
Explored SQL injection, authentication bypass and XSS in a deliberately vulnerable application.
HTB Academy Modules
OngoingGeneral Learning
Completed modules on NMAP, Web Requests, JS Deobfuscation, Web Apps, and more. I plan to continue progressing towards their certifications, with the CJCA my target for this summer.
Burp Suite Web SecurityAcademy Modules
OngoingOffensive Security
Completed modules on Server-side vulnerabilities, XSS, SQLi, and more. I plan to continue progressing through the learning paths and eventually aiming for the BSCP further down the line.
Virtual Machines
CompletedGeneral Learning
Set up and configured various VMs for learning and experimentation, including Kali Linux, Parrot OS, and custom vulnerable machines.
Open VAS
CompletedVulnerability Management
Installed and configured OpenVAS for vulnerability scanning and management. Conducted scans on lab environments to identify and remediate security issues.
Raspberry Pi Pwnogotchi
CompletedWi-Fi Security
Set up a Pwnagotchi on a Raspberry Pi to capture Wi-Fi handshakes and analyze wireless security.
Microsoft Azure Sentinel Labs
Future plansSIEM tooling
Planning to set up and work through Microsoft Azure Sentinel for security monitoring and threat detection.
Software Development Portfolio
Personal Website
OngoingWeb Development
Built a personal website using Next.js and Tailwind CSS to showcase my portfolio, blog, and contact information. The website is designed to be responsive and visually appealing, with a focus on clean code and user experience. It also has a hidden CTF challenge for anyone who is interested in testing their web security skills! And is connected to a Neon postgreSQL database.
DYHTGs hackathon 404 game
CompletedWeb Development
Built a 404 game for the Glasgow University Tech Society Do You Have The GUTS hackathon. The game is a simple geography guessing game that we have found to be very addictive. We were a team of 2, and we finished second place for the hackathon, which was a great achievement considering the high level of competition and that most other teams had 4 or 5 members.
